Being vegan can be a piece of cake
After my husband, Udi, and I decided to go vegan in 2011, we realised that so many of our favourite treats were made with dairy or eggs. As a result, I started a new mission-to keep deliciousness in our lives despite our vegan lifestyle.
To redefine what vegan pastry and baking could be, I created, tested, and perfected the recipes that form the foundation of the Nama Cake House experience.
Since we opened the business in 2020, we have never compromised on taste, texture, artistry, or quality of our creations. Our greatest pride is to deliver moments of joy, connection, and deliciousness to all of our customers, regardless of their dietary restrictions. Many customers don't even know we're vegan, and that is perhaps the biggest compliment of all.
